◣ ◢─── ❝ Basics ❞ ───♡ This applies to all purchased art from me.♡ Watermark/Credit must always be kept on my art.♡ I am allowed to use any of my art as examples (I will credit whoever owns it though. If you don’t me want to PLEASE ASK.)♡ I will send all commissions/adopts through email or ToyHouse.♡ Any art by me is still owned by me, I do not own your characters. Do not steal my art.♡ Message me if you have any questions.─── ❝ Commissions ❞ ───♡ Do not rush me during a commission, I have a life too, I will inform you if I become busy.♡ I can take from a week to a month, we can discuss deadlines if needed.♡ You must have an image reference for me to work with (I do not do customs unless I am offering for an adopt).♡ I can deny any commission beforehand.─── ❝ Refunds ❞ ───♡ You may request a refund after the sketch, if you are unable to pay anymore or uninterested.♡ No refunds after you approve the sketch.─── ❝ Progress ❞ ───♡ You may ask for progress once a week.♡ I will attempt to provide progress for each step (Sketch - color - shading - etc.).♡ If you excessively ask for progress, I will refund you (if applicable) and not finish your commission, as well as putting you on my blacklist.─── ❝ Payment ❞ ───♡ You will pay half after approving the sketch and the rest after I send a finished piece with a large watermark.♡ I will remove the watermark once the other half is paid.♡ Failure to pay will result in temporary or permanent placement on my blacklist, depending if you did so by mistake or not.─── ❝ Adopts ❞ ───♡ Adopt will go to last bid if no responds to it within 24 hours (unless someone AB’s).♡ I will select an offer after 72 hours or when i see fit.♡ Adopt must always be credited back to me.─── ❝ Holds ❞ ───♡ I will hold an adopt for 48 hours (or for within a week, depending if you tell me a time date).♡ After time is out, and the person on hold doesn’t respond, the adopt will go up for offers again.─── ❝ Redesign ❞ ───♡ You may redesign the character however you wish.♡ Please try to keep it somewhat relative to the original design.♡ You must keep my credit for it, whether you’ve redesigned it or not.♡ Failure to keep my credit will result in me writing you down on my blacklist.─── ❝ Edits ❞ ───♡ Feel free to edit any images to your liking.♡ I still require you to credit me.♡ Failure to credit me will result in me writing you down on my blacklist.─── ❝ Back-outs ❞ ───♡ You may back out at any given time on a bid.♡ Please do not bid or commission me if you cannot pay.─── ❝ Resells ❞ ───♡ Keep my designs on ToyHouse so I may keep track of them.♡ Let the person who is buying it know they must credit me or send them this T.O.S..♡ You may not sell it for a higher price than you bought it.♡ Failure to follow those terms results in me writing you down on my blacklist.─── ❝ Blacklist ❞ ───♡ If you are on this list, you cannot purchase any
